Right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised exclusively by a natural person customer who is a final consumer, excluding the case in which the purchase occurs in the exercise of commercial activities or in any case for the purpose of reselling the goods to third parties. The consumer Buyer may withdraw from the Contract, without any penalty and without obligation to provide a reason, pursuant to the Consumer Code, within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the Product. In the case of separate delivery of multiple Products, ordered with a single order, the term runs from the delivery of the last Product.
If the Buyer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, he must notify the Seller by registered mail or certified email. lorenapasin@pec.it . The Product may be returned directly to the Padua office or by post or courier. The exercise of the right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the presentation of a copy of the documents proving the purchase.
The return of the Product by the consumer Buyer must take place within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods. The Product must be returned intact and, in any case, in normal condition, under penalty of losing the right to a refund of the price. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, equipped with the appropriate dust bag and the appropriate security seal label, which must be intact and free of tampering. The direct cost of returning the Product is borne by the consumer Buyer. The consumer Buyer is responsible for the decrease in value of the Product resulting from its manipulation after delivery.
The Seller will refund all payments received from the Consumer Buyer, within fourteen days from the day on which it is informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The refund will be made by bank transfer, or using the same means of payment used by the Consumer Buyer for the initial transaction. The Seller is not required to refund additional costs, if the Consumer Buyer has expressly chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type offered by the Seller. The Seller may withhold the refund until it has received the Product.
